❌ Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchases. All sales are final.

 🔁 Returns

We currently do not accept returns. Please double-check sizes, colors, and product descriptions before placing your order.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges only, and under the following conditions:

  •  You must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your item.
  •  The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size or item.

To request an exchange, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with the following details:

  •  Your order number
  • Item(s) you'd like to exchange
  •  Reason for the exchange
  •  Photo of the item received (if necessary)

Customers are responsible for any delivery fees associated with the exchange process.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the item appears worn, damaged, or returned outside the 24-hour window.
